Shipping Time

Once your order is confirmed, products are shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location but generally, deliveries are completed within 3–5 business days.

Tracking

Upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided. You can track your package online using this number.

International Shipments

For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by destination country and are not estimated or controlled by us.

Return Policy

Return Conditions

• You have the right to return any product within 30 days of receipt.

• Items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in sellable condition.

• Torn, heavily worn, stained, or otherwise damaged rugs will not be accepted for return.

Return Address

All returns should be sent to our Returns Department located in Texas, USA.

The full return address and instructions will be provided once your return is approved and initiated through our Returns Portal.

Return Process

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, in which case we will cover the shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• If it meets the return conditions, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

• If the return does not meet our policy requirements, the item will be shipped back to you and no refund will be issued.
