Return Conditions

You have the right to return any product within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in sellable condition.

Torn, heavily worn, stained, or otherwise damaged rugs will not be accepted for return.
Return Address
All returns should be sent to our Returns Department located in Texas, USA.
The full return address and instructions will be provided once your return is approved and initiated through our Returns Portal.

Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, in which case we will cover the shipping.
Refunds
